Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

The place is very well equipped , remote and private, but not isolated.

Amazing cabin 25 minutes from Tromsø Airport

The cabin is situated on the roof of the tunnel to Malangen and just by the seaside. The living room has great windows that give you a feeling of being outside when are sitting warm and comfortably inside. Perfect for spotting for the northern lights. The cabin has three large bedrooms, a nice bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen. Everything is ready for you to have a great stay just outside amazing Tromsø. Helt ny hytte på Sommarøy! Det perfekte sted for å se nordlys på vinteren, og strand og fjell på sommeren. Hytten ligger rett ved Sommarøy Arctic Hotell som tilbyr jacuzzi, sauna og restaurant. To stuer og to bad. Hytten er veldig tiltalende, og meget høy standard. Praktfull utsikt, to veranda med havet som nærmeste nabo. 50 meter fra strand. Soverom med dyne, pute og sengklær. Hytte som ligger helt ved sjøkanten, stille område uten gjennomgangstrafikk. Dette er plassen hvor du blir alene i ro og fred. Enkel tilgjengelighet med 30 meter fra trafikkert vei. Greit med parkering. 32 km fra flyplassen. Flere matbutikker på vegen fra flyplassen. Veldig gode muligheter for nordlys, skiturer, fisketurer og flere turoperatører i nærheten.
