Unwind and immerse yourself in nature at this cozy cabin overlooking Timber Coulee Creek. Large living room windows and a spacious deck provide you with a bird’s eye view of the rippling river and many types of wild life. Deer amble through the property; eagles soar and keep an eagle eye on everything. Turkeys, squirrels, coons, and myriad of birds go about their business in this serene environment. Cozy up by the fireplace, relax outside on either of the two patios, or enjoy happy hour under the gazebo. On the property, there are fruit trees, perennial and annual flowers, and a historic cabin for your viewing pleasure. My place is 10 minutes from downtown La Crosse, close to the airport, but you'll feel a world away. You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet, but mostly THE VIEWS. All the modern conveniences of dishwasher, microwave, shower and stove/fridge, washer & dryer. You'll never see the same sunset! My place is good for two people or a solo adventurer.Full list of amenities available, but worth noting here that coffee isn't provided. There is a drip coffee maker, also kpods use.

Escape to the "Northwoods" of Onalaska! This guest room is next door to our restaurant, Red Pines Bar & Grill so a stay here means access to a full-service restaurant & bar, volleyball courts, the lake and great people. We are always available if you need anything during your stay. We also have our Red Pines Cafe open 7:30 am seven days a week when the main restaurant is closed. There are 5 other rooms in Red Pines Lodging so the space is basically a hotel with your own private access.

Back Roads Cabin Retreat

Enjoy a weekend off the grid in our rustic cabin on 30 acres of wooded serenity. Watch the sunset on the covered porch, or relax around a campfire. Feel free to explore the woods taking a hike on the network of trails. Nearby you can visit winery's, Wildcat Mountain State Park, the Kickapoo Valley Reserve and more. The driftless region is known for great fishing, scenic drives through the hills and biking. Contact us about additional camp sites on the property for larger groups.

Lakefront studio where retro and rustic charm meets modern convenience. Studio offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay including a queen-sized bed, a living area with a Roku TV, a full kitchen and a bathroom with a step in shower. The lakefront screen porch provides the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a good book. Two sit on top kayaks are included. Bikes are available and hiking and biking trails are just across the street.

Grapevine Log Cabins, based in Sparta WI, offers pet friendly cabin rentals on a family dairy farm. Amenities and activities include: a walking trail, bike trail, cows in pasture, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, grills outside (there is no cooking in the cabins), Air Conditioning, Heat and firewood is supplied. Nearby activities include: canoeing, fishing, 4 wheeling, antiquing, and superb scenic sites. Pet Policy: Pets may stay with you for an extra $25 per pet/night.

You will not find a closer view of Lake Onalaska. There are two public boat landings less than a mile away. The property is family-owned and operated and has been offered for vacation rentals since the 1960s. Stay and experience all that "God's Country" has to offer. *No cleaning fees*
