Get a taste of quiet country living next to a peaceful pasture. Gaze at woodlands and mountains from a window and find a cozy loveseat to curl up on and read. Explore nearby breweries and return for a great night's sleep under a tall pitched roof. The Nest is very private, peaceful and quiet. You will have an entire brand new garage apartment to yourself with your own entrance and two parking spaces. The loft contains a private spa-like bathroom with a large walk-in shower, cozy queen bed, relaxing sitting area and a small kitchenette. We also provide coffee and tea and all basic tolietries. The guests will have their own private access/entrance but are welcome to take walks around our beautiful lane. I am available for any questions or recommendations. We love to chat with our guests and introduce ourselves but will also maintain your privacy if desired. The guest house is on a private road near a horse pasture. It is close to Hendersonville, Brevard, Tyron, and Asheville. The Biltmore House, great hiking and vistas along with many great restaurants, shops, and breweries are also in the area. It is best to rent or bring your own car. There is little to no public transportation in this area, however you can use Uber.

Porter Hill Perch

The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. We are centrally located to the top destinations for hiking, bicycling, fishing and other outdoor recreational activities in our area.

This home is close to the airport and family-friendly activities. You’ll love relaxing, sitting on the porch rocking because of the outdoors space and the location. This home is good for couples and solo adventurers. Bring your motorcycles, kayaks, bikes or hiking shoes. We are close to many of the local activities. The address is very close to many local breweries and cider houses. There is a fire pit in the back yard. Screened porch on the front. There is wi-fi in the house.
