Casa tradicional de la isla en la playa. Situada en un complejo, en la tranquila playa de Karavi, a poca distancia del puerto (13 minutos a pie). La casa tiene 90 metros cuadrados, está totalmente equipada y se divide en dos niveles. En la planta baja se encuentran los dos dormitorios, el salón y los dos baños. En el nivel superior se encuentra la cocina y el salón en un espacio abierto. La zona exterior consta de dos terrazas. Hay aparcamiento privado junto a la casa solo para los residentes del complejo.
