View of the Chugach Mountains is superb from the property although limited from this basement, studio apartment. Close to: Iditarod Headquarters, Lake Lucille Park (dog park)& two drive thru coffee huts. A short drive to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Also close to the Menard Center which hosts many events. Host family and pets live fulltime at this residence.

The apartment is a 10 minute drive from downtown Palmer, 25 minutes from Hatcher Pass and a beautiful 45 minute drive from north Anchorage (60 minutes from the airport). The apartment is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions. Alaska state fairgrounds are a quick 15 minute drive away.

We have loons, eagles, and some other Wildlife. On 17 mile lake. Has trout, so bring a pole. Great couple getaway. Questions just ask.
