This newly renovated 3BR/2BA home has all the amenities of home—a large and beautiful kitchen/dining area, ample seating in living area, master en-suite with king bed. All bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses. Completely fenced in back and side yard. Cleaned and sanitized with non-toxic cleaners and no perfumes or artificial scents for the allergy sensitive. You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. This cozy get away will take you back in time, but with all the comforts and amenities of modern lifestyles. You will not believe you are just 10 minutes from downtown Peoria & 7 minutes from Par-A-Dice Casino. The Barn Loft is a quiet retreat. The space has a private bathroom and kitchen. The driveway is spacious, but shared. Guest parking is clearly marked. There is a fire pit out back that guests are welcome to use.

Entire apartment just for you! Spacious room, kitchenette, and bath with basic toiletries. Bedroom has a queen bed, desk and it is equipped with a 60 inch 4K TV. The kitchenette includes a fridge, coffee maker, microwave and free snacks. This is the perfect place for work and/or relaxation. Washer and Dryer are not part of the listing but I will give access to them upon request. I also provide Netflix, Disney and Hulu access upon request. However, we have taken great effort to preserve its rustic charms that Abraham Lincoln would have known during his circuit riding days before the Civil War. These include graffiti from 1917.
