This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

You can enjoy the expansive views of the greenery either on the sofa or on the terrace while relaxing or working peacefully with the best fiber optic network. You always have the entire house and garden to yourselves.
