This was an outbuilding that was renovated into a small guest house. The property is next to our main residence and serves as extra space for our small farm animals. The listing has a loft area for extra sleeping. This space was design for the Airbnb community as we had a great experience with our other listing. The Main house on the property is home to year-round renter and the tenants will not be able to provide any help. All contact shall be made via the airbnb site for any assistance.

Our home is on a gorgeous cranberry bog surrounded by biking and walking trails and just a mile from the beach. Skylights and french doors to a private patio fill the suite with sunlight. Guests enjoy the fire pit, grill and yard in summer or hit the trails on snow shoes and sleds in winter. The bog freezes over too and is great for ice skating!

Welcome to Main Street on the Park! The morning sun will greet you in the bright apartment in our big white house with a yellow front door. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a convenient place to stay if you are in the area for business. A large fenced yard abuts a public park complete with tennis courts, track and walking trail. Explore our small town with a big history, visit its historic buildings, great restaurants and unique shops. The location is convenient to all of the South Coast.

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

This cozy cottage is located on a private 42 acre, spring fed, crystal clear private pond. Enjoy kayaking, swimming or fishing from the dock or just relax on the deck overlooking the pond. Sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and trundle bed in the 4 season room. There is good fishing and canal cruises, cafes and restaurants close by and a summer concert series in park. Many of our guests with children have visited Edaville Railroad and "Thomasville" It is about 15 miles from the cottage

Enjoy your own private beach at our comfortable Beach Cottage. Hop on the local bike rentals to the nearby soda shop for snacks and treats. Or throw a line in for the days fresh catch. Spend some time relaxing on the back deck overlooking the saltwater marsh. Located within walking distance to historic Sandwich Village, local shops, bakery, bistro, and cafes. Walk to Heritage Museum and Gardens and stroll through Sandwich Village to visit the Glass Museum, Dunbar Tea House, Daniel Webster Inn, and Spa. Spend the day at Sandwich's iconic boardwalk, Sandy Neck, and local beaches.
