Washer, dryer, dishwasher, Hi-speed internet, 60" T.V. with Roku. For your comfort, a heat pump to accommodate all weather. Large covered deck with BBQ, table, chairs, ceiling fan & privacy curtains. Room for boat or snowmobile trailer upon request. Fenced back yard is shared. This is a non smoking home. Sorry no pets.
