You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Evenings can be spent around the firepit, roasting marshmallows (which are complimentary), listening to coyotes howling in the distance or just gazing at the stars! Our furry friends will abide for your attention and will be a constant companion as you stroll down to the creek or up the trail to catch the setting sun. Life is better in the Country!

The 8th Ave Bungalow

Quiet & comfortable 2 bedroom home! Only a 3-minute drive to downtown Emporia / Commercial St! Enjoy your stay at this 2 bed (1 Queen Bed and 1 Full Bed), 1 bath centrally-located house, with 2 couches for additional sleeping. 1 car garage. You’ll have access to free Wi-Fi, central heat & air, Smart TV, kitchen appliances & utensils, coffee maker, and more. The garage only fits smaller vehicles. The entrance is 7' 8" wide & 14ft deep. No smoking, no pets, and no parties allowed. Thanks!

This space is located in the lower level of a commercial office building that has recently been re-purposed as a guest friendly temp-stay unit with kitchenette. Please Be Our Guest in a century-old farmhouse built by our great-grandfather. The residence has all modern conveniences including central heat and air and rural Water. Guests will have access to the lower floor which includes three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, sitting room, large family room, and utility room with washer and dryer. A large porch and wooden deck are perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the peace and quiet offered by this rural location.

The Lodge of South Owl

Only one mile south from historic Yates Center Square, within 30 minutes of three state parks and two city lakes. This house is perfect for being close to town but experiencing the country life. The house is located down a dead-end. With this house being located on top of a hill, you can appreciate the Kansas sunsets and overlooking South Owl Creek from the deck. There is a carport available. Pets are welcome with a $25 pet fee.
