It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Experience one of the most soul nourishing properties, in our unique and tranquil eco studio a stone’s throw from many of the best places. Stylishly appointed with luxury king bedding, large rain shower, outdoor bath, fire pit and modern comforts, Little Werona* is on our half acre property of edible and ornamental gardens with fresh eggs from our chickens (when available). If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

'The Bower' Stylish garden bungalow Mount Kembla

'The Bower' is located in lush gardens in the historic village of Mt Kembla. This stylish bungalow is the perfect relaxing retreat or home base to explore the Illawarra and South Coast. Walk to the Historic Mount Kembla Hotel for dinner and a drink or explore the many bush walks located in and around the area. Wake up amongst the trees and end your evenings relaxing on the large deck or around the fire pit. Only fifteen minutes away from Wollongong CBD or beautiful beaches of the area.

Welcome to Falls Rest, a romantic luxury cabin in Wentworth Falls. We are a short 15-minute walk (or 2 minute drive) into the UNESCO World Heritage Blue Mountains and famous Wentworth Falls. This cosy little spot is located on the back of our beautiful garden property and is the perfect place to slow down and recharge. We have everything you need including a gas log fireplace, 42” smart TV, and claw foot bathtub to soak your troubles away. We welcome you to relax and enjoy!

We welcome you to our garden guest suite adjacent to Central Park, cozily situated at the back of the property; shaded by trees and hedges, with gardens and a small pond. The area is surrounded by a myriad of scenic trails, spectacular waterfalls and stunning lookouts. Enjoy the extraordinary UNESCO World Heritage-listed landscape right on our doorstep. There's one million hectares of wilderness, offering an abundance of places to explore and natural wonders to discover.

Sedalia Farm Cottage - stunning rural retreat

Enjoy the serenity and truly picturesque backdrop of captivating rural vistas at this unique charming, private stand alone cottage that sits separately from the main farm house. It is only a short ten minute drive to Bowral or Mittagong. Wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy the lush gardens that provides a quiet sanctuary in an incredibly tranquil location. Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!

It has a stunning view of the Aussie bushlands, views of horses, alpacas, dams and abundant wildlife including native birds. It also has it's own outdoor deck, to enjoy a warm bath whilst listening to the birds in the trees, a fire pit with lots of fire wood, a bbq area and hot water and a eco toilet system .

100 year old Railway Carriage

Comfortable but compact, set in beautiful bushland, owner's house closeby. 10 minutes from shops, restaurants and railway station. 50 minutes from Sydney Airport. Extra note: some guests have mentioned swimming in the George's River but this is not always advisable due to water quality . Also while there is an electric BBQ it is not always possible to light the open fire because of legal restrictions.
