Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. It has all the comfortable amenities you need after a day of exploring the amazing world heritage Blue Mountains area. About 10 minutes drive to the famous three sisters, main shops and restaurants of Katoomba and Leura. Easy driving distance to all the major walks and sights. Private 4 room suite - incl bfast in Heritage home

Built circa 1910 this Heritage listed home is a unique place to stay... loads of character and with all modern comforts. The 5 room guest suite is seperate from the rest of the home and consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, an office, a verandah and bathroom. The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. I only accommodate one booking at a time so you have exclusive use of the entire guest suite areas.

Yallah Hideaway

Yallah Hideaway is a detached guesthouse on acreage. Access to beaches, golf courses, Wollongong, Illawarra and Southern Highlands. Easy access from rail and Illawarra Airport the rental is also close to highway for road access. Photos show this is a two room establishment with galley kitchen - bedroom - dining area and bathroom. Privacy and seclusion is guaranteed with ample off street parking. Tradies more than welcome. We do not normally provide for family pets as there are no fences.

Perfect as a place to relax & unwind, watching the wallabies, sunset or endless views from the balcony or lookouts. The cabin is a modern open plan studio cabin that sleeps up to 3 in comfort. Conmurra is 67 ha (167 acres). Walk or bike along 4km of tracks & trails or take a guided sunset wildlife walk ($50 value) to see endangered animals in our wildlife sanctuary. Our clean, modern cabin is situated in gorgeous bushland, near the Conmurra Homestead & just 15 mins from Bathurst.

Located on traditional Darkinjung land this property is often visited by local wildlife including cockatoos, crayfish, deer, cattle and horses and if your lucky you may see the platypus that make home in the creek.

Fully self contained 1 bedroom unit with own entrance, fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast items (bacon, eggs, tomatoes, butter, milk, bread of your choice) supplied for guest to prepare themselves at their leisure. (Stays for over 6 days, breakfast is only provided for the 3 days as nightly price are at a discounted rate) Warm and cozy in winter. Cool and airy in summer. The residence looks out into a private fenced off patio area, with garden and bush outlook.

The Granny Flat

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
