This one-bedroom cottage is conveniently located less than a half mile from the University of Southern Mississippi, Forrest General Hospital, the Zoo, and the Waterpark. You’ll be just a few miles from downtown, too. Along with a queen bed in the bedroom, the living room has a sleeper sofa with a full mattress. This is a small space--while it can sleep four people, you will be cozy.

A small, full size, eat-in kitchen features all the necessities needed to prepare and enjoy a meal. The bedroom has a full size bed & the bathroom has a stand-up shower!

Rustic Retreat

Have fun with the whole family at this hidden gem! Great outdoor space! From the pond where you can fish off the pier, to sitting around the firepit to the cozy inside you can't go wrong with this place. Great front porch with rocking chairs where you can sit and admire the beautiful scenery or sit on the screened in porch and play games with the family. For the active people there are cornhole boards and a volleyball net. Or just relax in the hammock swing chairs. Something for everyone!

Mill Creek Farm

Relax in quiet peacefulness surrounded by forest. You really notice the beauty and sounds of nature here. Walk down the trail to the one acre pond to feed the fish from the pier. Or walk out the back door to another trail to experience complete solitude. This was my grandparent's home where they once farmed 80 acres. It's cozy, quaint and very private. However, it's less than four miles from downtown Sumrall and 16 miles to Hattiesburg. Your pets will enjoy the large fenced in back yard.

Tranquil Hideaway

This serene 1-bedroom cottage is a guest house located behind our primary residence. It offers a blend of modern comfort and natural beauty. The open concept living area provides a large area for relaxation and socializing. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a convenient base for exploring the area, Tranquil Hideaway offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. This home is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke inside the cottage you will be charged a $250 fee.

This is a New build with all the amenities you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Take a dip in the water on our 200+ yards of sandbar and clear water. The Cottage is the entire first floor of the Carriage House that is original to the property with all the lovely historic charm. Recently renovated, you’ll rest easy with all the modern day conveniences . Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each checkout. The perfect getaway for anyone wanting to experience downtown and HGTV’s Home Town!

Unwind at the Fox Hole at Bouie River. This is the perfect getaway nestled just steps away from the river banks , you can spend your evenings grilling by the water or just listening to the water pass on your private balcony. Central to everything hattiesburg has to offer whether your in town to catch a USM baseball game or catch a concert at The Lawn. The Alley by the Zoo

The Alley apartment is conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Hattiesburg and ½ block from the Hattiesburg Zoo & Serengeti Springs Water Park (Now Open). If you've never been to Hattiesburg, know that you shouldn't have a problem finding something nearby to do. Hattiesburg offers a little bit of everything including outdoor activities, sporting events, entertainment/nightlife, art, and some of best restaurants in the area.

Hardy Street Hideaway

Newly renovated one bedroom apartment that sleeps 4. The apartment has granite countertops, brand new appliances, and a sleeper sofa. Hardy Street Hideaway is located in midtown Hattiesburg directly across from USM Campus, walking distance to the District at Midtown, and walking distance to Midtown Market. A gourmet coffee shop is next door; as well as, a dry cleaners for those of you attending nice functions or plan to stay a while!
