Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Outside you'll find a bonfire pit and a charcoal grill. Directly across the road is the Lincoln Hills trail system which connects to thousands of acres of scenic trails. Peaceful & Cozy Private Living Space- Pond View

You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off and covered with foam board for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

A beautiful log home built in 2007 with all of the amenities you'd want nestled just below the flies only stretch of the Pere Marquette River. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A full kitchen and gorgeous view of the river. A great home base to enjoy all the activities available to you. It is also a wonderful place to relax in the hammock by the river. Stairs down to the river. You can fish right off the banks. 1 hour and 15 minutes from Grand Rapids, 40 minutes to Ludington.

Large outdoor firepit with firewood included. 20 miles to Caberfae Peaks ski resort and 50 miles to Crystal Mountain ski resort. Public ATV and snowmobile trails nearby.
