You get the WHOLE bunkhouse when renting. Please follow directions for location of bunkhouse and parking because the GPS won’t get you there. Small bunkhouse located on acres of ranchland. We are around 20 minutes from 95, with lots of room to relax. Join us at Cavvietta Quarter Horse & Cattle Co. Riding lessons available for additional fee! Want to bring a horse? Contact us about using our barn, arena, and more! We also have a small cabin available that sleeps two, if you have a smaller party.

Nice updated efficiency apartment located in the pool house at the Scarborough House in rural Stantonsburg. ~20 min from I-95, restaurants, shopping areas in Wilson, 25 min to Greenville, 30 min to Rocky Mount. House is inside the pool area - not suitable for families with small children or anyone who cannot swim as this house is inside the gate. We originally started as a Bed & Breakfast called Antler & Oak in Franklin County, located just north of Raleigh and East of Wake Forest. The place is 100 years old, renovated the front portion for use to accommodate guests. Guests have full access to the space including a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths.

Rustic Cabin on a Working Farm in Durham

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.

Private one bedroom guest house with kitchen, bedroom, full bathroom, plus access to laundry room in a newly renovated farm guest house. This is a private house with separate entrance on 15 acres of property. There are two other tiny houses for guests near this guest house, a family home, and two garage apartments on the property as well.

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

Sleeping quarters features a plush queen size bed to catch up on some much needed sleep. Whether you are driving through I95 or need a place to stay while in town, this She Shed has it all for a comfy and peaceful stay!
