Relax on the deck and take in the sweeping views across the forest to the ocean and the odd visit from King Parrots and Cockatoos You’ll have everything you need including linen, basic pantry supplies, streaming services, wifi and in winter firewood We are located on acreage with other similar cottages close by. Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

Fully renovated October 2025. Light, airy, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom small unit. Fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. Clean and cozy. Only 200 mtrs to the beach. Unit is located below and separate to the main house. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, one toilet, one living area with dining table, sofa bed, meal preparation area with induction cooktop all with ocean views. Unfortunately NOT suitable for infants, toddlers and pets for various reasons.

A peaceful rural outlook, sounds of frogs and birds, while lying in a luxurious bubble bath in this stylish, spacious retreat with super comfy queen bed. Only 2.5km to Whites beach. Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck. Tennis court available to use. Dog friendly. PLEASE - dog bath before arrival, bring a towel for muddy paws.

The Studio is a small French inspired apartment attached to a private dwelling in Lorne. The private secluded cottage garden attracts plenty of sun throughout the day, with wildlife in abundance, including koalas, parrots, kookaburras, and the occasional wallaby. We are a short walk to Teddys Lookout, the St.George river walk, the stunning beaches, as well as the renowned cafes and restaurants of Lorne.

Blackwood is a one-bedroom cottage set on Gadubanud country, amongst the Great Otway National Park. The cottage provides a place to unwind and enjoy all that the local area has to offer – beaches, bush walks, waterfalls, eateries/bars and cellar doors to name a few. Blackwood offers all of this at its doorstep while providing a sanctuary for rest and relaxation in a beautiful bush setting.
