This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve. Only AirBnB guests allowed on the premises, no exceptions. 4 reserved guests maximum, including children. Not suitable for toddlers. No parties, no events or gatherings. The owner, Tracy, stays in the rv at times. RV sits 120’ from house (not garage). RV blinds closed & I respect guests privacy at all times.

A glass tiled shower and facilities are set back from the kitchen. A tiny space, but a full kitchen has everything you need to stay in to eat.
