La ubicación es excelente, con una gran terraza con vistas al hermoso puerto de pesca y el sonido constante del mar ,las grandes ventanas dan a la cala. Y está a sólo 15 minutos a pie del centro de Lagos y de la marina y de muchos buenos restaurantes. La cocina y los 2 baños fueron renovados recientemente y hay muebles nuevos.
