We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Nestled away in bustling North Hobart is Little Arthur. Brother to Little Elizabeth, Little Arthur has all the conveniences at your door while also providing the comforts of home. After braving the elements during Hobart's notorious winter and filling bellies with world class food and wine, warm yourself by the fire or soak in the claw foot tub while perusing the many books on offer. Or for those sunnier days, throw open the French doors and enjoy a coffee in the courtyard.

This listing is half of a house that has been divided into two separate apartments, at times there is some transfer of sound in the living area.

Our newly renovated studio is located a block away from the beautiful Bellerive beach which offers a lovely foreshore bike track, beach, outdoor gym facilities, park and cafe. 10 minutes drive to Hobart city and 15 minutes to the airport makes it an ideal place to relax and explore what Hobart and its surrounds has to offer.
