Es hat 2 Etagen, eine grosse Terrasse mit eigenem, exklusiv nutzbaren Pool und direktem Meerblick. Es hat ein SZ mit begehbaren Schrank und angrenzendem Bad. Es gibt 2 WCs und ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Essplatz und Coach (ev. zusätzlicher Schlafplatz). Der Pool mit Gegenstromanlage kann alleine benutzt werden. Der Zugang zum Wohnzimmer und Terrasse ist ebenerdig.

The villa is near the acropolis and a short walk from the city center and Aegean sea (5-10min.). As with many ancient villas in the village, they are not ideal for those with mobility issues. The first floor has a large bedroom with a large bed for two people and a second bedroom with two single beds. Also there is a small restroom.
