Newly renovated two bedroom apartment in historic North Woodstock home. Built in 1917 “Grumblenot” has been enjoyed as a basecamp for fun in the White mountains for over a century. Located a half mile from the restaurants and shops in downtown North Woodstock, 4 miles to Loon, 10 miles to Cannon and across the street from one of the most popular swim spots on the Pemi. Plenty of parking, private keypad entry and access to gardens and yard on property, fully stocked kitchen and WiFI!

Go for a hike or take a ride along the Kancamagus Highway. Summer activities near by include Clark's Trading post and Whale's Tale. Just enjoy the amenities at the resort, pool, sauna, hot tub, game room, fireplace. There are so many things to do, the list is endless.

Close to local favorite trailheads for hiking and mountain biking as well having nearby ski mountains and snowmobile trails.
