We will meet you at the harbor in Riomaggiore, and then embark on our magical sunset tour. During the tour, we will slowly cruise up the Cinque Terre coast, stopping in front of each village to give you the opportunity to take photos of the villages from the sea, which is hands down, the best way to capture each village's beauty. Once we reach Monterosso, we will turn around and slowly head back to Riomaggiore. With the sun setting behind us, you will have the perfect view to capture magnificent photos. During the tour, you can sip on bubbles and enjoy homemade focaccia from the local baker, made fresh daily and a must-try food while in the Cinque Terre. You can also jump in the sea for a sunset dip during the tour. Take a deep breath, and enjoy the paradise that surrounds you. I will welcome our group to my apartment where we will have our interactive cooking class. I will introduce you the program and the grandma traditional receipts that we will cook together: everybody will have his own apron and I will teach you how to cook the following dishes: - tagliatelle - ravioli - orecchiette all rigorously handmady During the preparation everybody will have his own space and ingredients to put in practice what I'll teach, meanwhile I will be glad to share with you the origin of different preparation, with some historical link and show you some tricks how to make a dish a real artwork so that you can be a real italian chef when you will invite your friends at home next time! During the class you will learn also italian names for different ingredients and in a whilw you will became a PASTA expert. Ready for your special meal? We will move to the terrace and we will share PASTA receipts just cooked during the class and we'll finish our convivial dinner with a real italian coffee and some more legend and local tips. My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2024, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas. I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique. Afterwards, they will enjoy a full lunch or dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live. I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense. The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines. If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed. Bring along your camera, drinking water and an umbrella/blanket according to the weather.

Dopo un breve scambio conoscitivo e un piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto, cucineremo insieme un menù tipico genovese (un antipasto, un primo piatto di pasta, un secondo e un dolce) e vi racconterò un po' di storia e di curiosità sulla cucina ligure e sulle sue tradizioni Mangeremo poi quanto cucinato con la mia famiglia (e' compresa acqua illimitata e una bottiglia di vino ogni due ospiti!) Condivido molto volentieri ciò che ho imparato da mia mamma, mia suocera e dai corsi di cucina che ho frequentato: non sono uno chef professionista!!!

We will meet up in Manarola, and after a quick walk through the village, which will be nice and quiet in the morning, we will start our adventure by taking a deep breath and hiking up to Volastra, a wonderful hamlet as far off the beaten path as you can get in this area. The hike is straight uphill and it will make you sweat, we promise! There will be plenty of visual rewards along the path, though, because you will get the most spectacular views of Manarola and the sea, almost like you were a drone (only without flying off the rocks!). Then, after approximately 1 hour, we will reach our destination. And there, only there, will you feel like you have earned your well deserved wine tasting. We will drink the wine of one of the greatest local winemakers right on his vineyard while looking at the Mediterranean directly below, almost touching the sky and rejoicing in the power of nature. After the wine tasting, our experience is finished. From Volastra, you can choose to continue on the trail to Corniglia, the next Cinque Terre town, go back down the trail to Manarola, or take the eco-bus down to Manarola at a cost of 2.50 per person. Rain can be serious in the Cinque Terre, so if it is raining too heavily, or if the National Park issues a weather alert, we won't be able to do the hike. In that case, we will take the bus up to Volastra at an additional cost of 2.50 per person.

Impara a preparare la salsa più famosa del mondo: il PESTO!! Facciamo tutto a mano con pestello e mortaio, usando solo ingredienti selezionati! Io ho imparato a fare il pesto dalla nonna Linda, è così gustoso e semplice che sicuramente lo rifarete centinaia di volte a casa con gli amici, vi basta qualche piccolo segreto! Saremo in una tipica cantina delle Cinque Terre, arredata con sasso e legno, un tuffo nella Vernazza ottocentesca! Prepareremo il pesto nel mortaio e lo mangeremo come pranzo alle 12,30 con la pasta e come merenda alle 15,00/17,30 con pane o focaccia, degusteremo 3 vini bianchi Cinque Terre DOC e abbineremo 3 oli extravergini liguri a pane, focaccia e formaggio! Se avete allergie al glutine abbiamo crackers/pasta gluten-free, se non bevete alcolici sono disponibili soft drinks. SOLO PER LA VERSIONE DELLE ORE 12,30 mangeremo la pasta dentro al mortaio e finiremo il pranzo con limoncino fatto con limoni di Vernazza e cioccolato, se volete questa versione in altri orari comunicatecelo direttamente.

Our daytime tour starts from Riomaggiore, which is the southernmost village in the Cinque Terre. We slowly make our way up the coast to Monterosso. We will stop in front of every village to snap photos from the boat. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit and towel because we'll be stopping for a swim during the tour (for those who choose to). After we have arrived in Monterosso, we'll head offshore so you can see the entire Cinque Terre coast and this beautiful perspective as we head back to Riomaggiore. With a maximum of 11 guests, our tours are intimate. Please note we do not offer food or drink on our day tours, but feel free to bring your own! Your captains are either Yuri or Beppe, both born and raised captains in the Cinque Terre. Get ready to have a great time and good laugh.

Do you like Pesto? This is the right class for you to learn how to make it from scratch by mortar ad pestle, according to the traditional technique and to the recipe of my grandmother. My dog Ettore and I will welcome you with glass of prosecco and when Pesto will be ready you can taste it with a plate of testaroli (a traditional kind of pasta that looks like a thick crepe) which with its taste will let you forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen. Between pleasant chats you will discover the history and tradition behind which the flavors of Ligurian cuisine are hidden. This experience is recommended for 2 or more people. NOTE: Genovese pesto is NOT vegan and NOT suitable for people with nut intolerance or severe gluten intolerance (we can use an alternative packed gluten-free crackers or similar but cross-contamination is inevitable).

Con los dos capitanes Steeven y Christian dejaremos el puerto deportivo de Riomaggiore para ir al siguiente pueblo Manarola y continuar (quedándonos en cada pueblo desde el mar, para tomar muchas fotos hermosas, todo esto siempre cerca de la costa), continuaremos hacia Corniglia, el único pueblo que está a 100 metros sobre el nivel del mar, haremos una parada para nadar con el pescado y snorkel, a bordo te ofreceremos prosecco, coca-cola o agua y aperitivos como el focaccia ligero, llegaremos a Vernazza uno de los pueblos más populares por los turistas, y finalmente iremos hacia Monterosso, el pueblo más grande, y admiraremos Monterosso desde el mar, siempre volveremos a la costa para admirar el sol que se pone y volveremos tranquilamente.

Orario abbastanza flessibile, tendenzialmente partenza verso le 6,30 per esplorare la riviera di Portofino con l'ultimo sole, bagni senza limiti nelle calette più nascoste e rinomate tra Santa Margherita, Portofino, San Fruttuoso e Camogli; per finire con un aperitivo mozzafiato al tramonto nel posto che vi è piaciuto di più. La serata si conclude con un rientro verso ill punto di partenza verso le 9 mentre il sole cala e ci regala dei colori unici. Le barche sono 3: - 'Salpa Solei 18' un Gommone di 6 metri del 2023 dotato di ogni confort quali doccetta, frigo, stereo Bluetooth e doppio prendisole. - 'Patrone 23' un tipico gozzo Ligure di 7 metri completamente restaurato nel 2021 che quindi dispone di ogni comfort: Tendalino parasole, impianto audio bluetooth, doccetta di acqua dolce, grande prendisole e doppio frigo. La barca può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 ospiti più lo skipper che vi permetterà di vivere l'esperienza al meglio. - Il nuovo 'Levanzo 25', 8 metri di barca con ben due motori da 200cv l'uno. La barca è dotata di ogni confort a partire dalla doccia, un Tendalino parasole, un grande frigo, un impianto audio e grandi cuscinerie. In questa lezione di cucina imparerai a cucinare uno dei piatti più tipici della tradizione ligure partendo da zero: naturalmente sto parlando della pasta al pesto! Impasteremo pasta fresca di diverso tipo: corzetti,trenette,gnocchi,testaroli o trofie, utilizzando utensili tradizionali ed impareremo le tecniche per modellarla. Departing from the charming port of Riomaggiore 1.5 hours before sunset, we'll head north where there's the iconic "via dell'Amore". If the sea conditions permit, we'll enter into a small, secret cove that opens back out into the crystal clear Ligurian Sea. After a brief explanation of the coastline, well turn around and row back south, this time going further out from the coast. We'll pass back in front of picturesque Riomaggiore - after a few photos, if the sea conditions are good, we'll stop at the natural pools of La Macrexia. Crystalline waters so beautiful, you won't want to leave. Moving forward, get up close and personal with the iconic vertical cliffs of the Cinque Terre while we toast to a front row sunset view. This is an unforgettable experience you'll be talking about for a very long time. Experience is preferred, but not necessary. This would be a fun option for the whole family. E-bike tour to discover the Cinque Terre area from a unique point of view that only our local guides know. The excursion begins with the spectacular panoramic view along the road between Corniglia and Manarola. We will cross ancient olive groves and the characteristic Ligurian terraced cultivations delimited by dry stone walls, a UNESCO heritage site. Thanks to our ebikes, we will climb about 300 meters above sea level to visit a typical vineyard immersed in the Cinque Terre National Park, where we will taste their wine accompanied by typical local products, such as Ligurian focaccia, quiches, fried anchovies. During the tour, information will be provided on the cultivation of vines in Liguria and its wines, such as the Cinque Terre Bianco DOC and the Sciacchetrà. Resuming the route, along the road to Manarola, we will visit several ancient villages overlooking the sea from where you can take unforgettable photos and experience unique moments. Portofino, un luogo meraviglioso, elegante, rimasto invariato nel corso dei secoli e che trasmette tuttora l’essenza della ‘’dolce vita’’ italiana. Noi di Seifuori, però, vogliamo portarvi all’antico borgo marinaro alla nostra maniera, quindi dimenticatevi macchina, treno, bus, battello: percorreremo, sulle nostre E-bike di prima qualità, la Via Aurelia, una delle più importanti strade statali italiane di origine romana, in direzione Riviera Ligure di Levante. Incontro ore 9:00 alla Stazione FS di Genova Nervi Attraverseremo le località del Golfo Paradiso, tra cui le principali Recco (famosa per la sua focaccia al formaggio) e Camogli (questa, invece, celebre per l’annuale Sagra del pesce), per poi salire alla piccola frazione di Ruta, da cui è possibile ammirare il panorama mozzafiato dell’appena percorso Golfo Paradiso. Proseguiremo alla volta di Santa Margherita Ligure, altro gioiello dell’intera Riviera Ligure, per poi raggiungere finalmente la magica Portofino, attraversando precedentemente la baia di Paraggi con la sua inconfondibile acqua color smeraldo.

Il Tour in e-bike presenta il percorso dell’antica Via Aurelia, una strada di origine romana dalla quale, percorrendola, è impossibile non notare incantevoli scenari. La partenza avverrà da stazione di Genova Nervi alle ore 18 in ​​direzione della Riviera Ligure di Levante a bordo delle nostre e-bike. Entreremo nei paesi del Golfo Paradiso, ovvero Bogliasco, Pieve Ligure, Sori e infine Recco, famosa per la sua deliziosa focaccia al formaggio e per i festeggiamenti con fuochi d’artificio che si svolgono il 6-7-8 settembre di ogni anno. Una volta raggiunta la meta ci fermeremo in un tipico ristorante fronte mare, per degustare un aperitivo a scelta, accompagnato da prodotti locali.
