Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Klein aber fein

Kleine Einzimmerwohnung im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses. Mit Kochecke, kleinem Balkon und Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Ideal für Gäste die auf der Durchreise sind, Wanderer und Skifahrer die sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind, sich am Abend noch eine Kleinigkeit kochen wollen und den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen wollen. Man kann sich in der Küche ein leckeres Essen zu bereiten, jedoch kein Dreigänge Menü, da sie nur über zwei Kochplatten verfügt und kein Backofen, jedoch eine Mikrowelle vorhanden ist. Will man viel Platz ist unser Zimmer sicher das falsche.

So nah an der Stadt und doch mitten in der Natur! 2 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung (Wohnküche mit ausziehbarem Tagesbett, Schlafzimmer mit Wasserbett), natürlich mit Badezimmer, WC und eigenem Eingang. Die Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus. Die optimale Lage beim idyllischen Naturschutzgebiet "Völsersee" überzeugt auch durch die nahe Lage an das abwechslungsreiche Stadtleben Innsbrucks. Wer sich in den Bergen und der Natur wohl fühlt, die Stadt aber nicht missen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Grainau ist da, wo Deutschland am schönsten ist, direkt an der Zugspitze und neben dem Eibsee. Und dieses Haus ist dort, wo Grainau am schönsten ist. Umgeben von historischen Bauernhöfen direkt am Dorfplatz, mit großartigem Blick auf die Berge und allem was man benötigt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Südwohnung im 2.OG ist die kleinste unserer Ferienwohnungen. Auch sie ist liebevoll restauriert, lichtdurchstrahlt, verfügt über Galerie und über 5m Raumhöhe, und der Südbalkon bietet Berg pur.

Das Appartment Zugspitze hat 2 Seperate Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett einem Einzelbet und einer Kleiderablage. Die zwei Badezimmer sind ausgestattet mit Dusche / WC, Waschbecken, Kosmetikspiegel und Haarföhn. Das Wohnzimmer mit einer grossen Couch, 2 gemütlichen Sesseln, Sat TV einem Tablet und Balkon. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem 4 Blatten Kochfeld mit Backrohr,einer Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffee Kapsel oder Filtermaschiene, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspühlmaschiene.

Hogar elegante y tranquilo con vista maravillosa!

Mi casa se encuentra en una area residencial quieta y central, al lado (5 min a pie) del centro historico de Partenkirchen. Aqui, en la Ludwigstrasse, hay cafés, restaurantes, supermercado y tiendas pequenas de artesanias. Mi apartamento tiene un quarto con cama doble (160x200cm) y bano ensuite e una sala con cocina completamente equipada (nevera, horno, lavaplatos). Hay un balcón muy grande que les brinda el sol de la manana hasta la puesta del sol!
