Und wenn Du die Großstadt Wien besuchen willst, dann nimmst Du von Mödling aus den Zug nach Wien und stehst nach 30 Minuten vor dem Stephansdom in Wien im Stadtzentrum. Direkt von uns gibt es zahlreiche Wander- und Mountainbikerouten, und viel Kulturelles zu entdecken.

New apartment with a wonderful view of the countryside. Nice terrace. Completely quiet location and still only 15 minutes by subway to the center of Vienna. A free parking space is located in the underground car park. The newly renovated Therme Wien with spa and sauna area can be reached in five minutes on foot. Bei diesem Angebot gibt es keine versteckten Kosten. Wir bieten ein wunderschönes kleines, eigenes Haus incl. Terrasse und gratis Parkplatz vor unserem Grundstück. Außerdem haben wir eine e-Ladestation, zum kostengünstigen Laden. In 15 min ist man mit dem Zug am Hauptbahnhof Wien, mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Therme Wien Oberlaa. Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.

Nettes sauberes Zimmer mit heißer Dusche und WC . Für alleinigen Gebrauch. Im Garten befindet sich ein Gartenhäuschen das eine Sommerküche ist. Voll ausgestattet. Garten / Hof kann genützt werden. Im Sommer ist es sehr nett, den Abend draußen zu verbringen. Nur 3 Minuten zum Bahnhof und nur 3 Stationen zum Wiener Hauptbahnhof. Eine Busstation nach Schwechat vor dem Haus.
