This cabin was built for family gatherings and a recreational retreat and has been in the family for years. We offer a place to sleep 4 with a pull-out couch, full kitchen, bar area, dining table and a small bathroom with a shower and sink. We also have an outside hydrant to rinse off your equipment or clean your fish and game. Be on the lookout for Moose, Deer, Bear, Fox, Grouse, and many of birds and listen for an occasional Timber Wolf in the night. Trailer parking is onsite.

We are located 5 miles off lake Superior near some of the best outdoor activities MN has to offer: Gooseberry Falls (13min), Split Rock (20min) and Stewart river (3mi) for trout fishing.

Cozy Fireplace in a Northwoods Tiny House

Deer Haven is a tiny house (192 sq feet) located in my backyard, overlooking acres of woodland. The space is small and simple. Get to the queen bed in the sleeping loft by climbing the ladder. Bathroom has a toilet and stock tank shower. The kitchen has basic amenities - fridge, microwave, hot plate, griddle, dishes, etc. Best spot in the house is on the couch, where you can see the fireplace and the gorgeous woods out the patio door.

Bayfield Rustic Yurt 2 (Terra Cotta)

Nestled in the middle of the Bayfield County Forest, this rustic, minimally maintained yurt has direct access to miles of non-motorized rec trails (mountain bike, cross-country ski and hiking). Enjoy panoramic views of Lake Superior including; Pike's Bay, four of the Apostle Islands (Madeline, Basswood, Stockton and Michigan) and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Come prepared to relax, unwind and explore the wonders of the north woods.

Cabin Brooke is 2.5 miles from Lake Superior in the heart of Tettegouche State park on the Baptism River. Year around accommodations allows access to Superior Hiking Trail, Water Falls, Lake Superior, snowmobiling, skiing, snowshoeing Palisade Head, Shovel Point and the Finland Cooperative. 1 bedroom with full kitchen, indoor bathroom with shower. One story, quaint country home with enclosed sun porch, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Close to Lake Superior, Superior Hiking Trail, North Shore snowmobile trail and the City of Two Harbors. There is a futon in the living room that can be used as a second bed. Go for a walk on a beautiful country road or sit and enjoy the tranquility of the woods as you sit by your campfire!
