This sweet little spot in Lakko beach is nestled between the sea and the mountains. During the cooler months it is a climbers favourite. Close to the climbing tracks and only a five minute drive to Leonidio.The property backs onto our newly planted olive grove and has its own parking.It has separate bedroom kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals.It has a new split system heating and aircon. It has a nice shower. There is a smart tv and great wifi if you need to work.It has a large courtyard with a garden and also a terrace. There is mountain views and sea views. In summer its a different vibe. If you like relaxing in the sun, swimming in beautiful clear water and listening to the waves as you fall asleep at night you will be very happy here. We offer a relaxing stay, positive energy surrounded in nature.

Traditional house built in 1856

Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. At the end of the day you will reconsider about values and priorities. So be our guest.

Frida Stone House

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Das Haus Ouranos ist Teil einer neuen Anlage von vier Reihenhäusern. Das Eckhaus liegt abseits des Örtchens Poulithra, Arkadien, ohne Durchgangsverkehr und ist 60 Meter Fussweg vom wunderschönen Strand der Agios Georgios Bucht entfernt. Jedes Haus verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Die Häuser liegen mitten in der Natur umgeben von alten Olivenbäumen auf einem grossen Grundstück. Die Meersicht ist spektakulär. The Old Harbor house

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

Thassa beach apartment No.4

Thassa No.4, a charming beachfront apartment with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony where nothing stands between you and the open sea. It’s panoramic view of mountains and sea, the exceptional air quality and sleeping to the sound of waves, leaves you relaxed and is a truly rejuvenating experience. It's a five minute drive to the town centre where you can find all essential goods. The area is known for it’s climbing and hiking activities for the adventurous!

Καλώς ήρθατε στο μικρό μας φωτεινό διαμέρισμα στην καρδιά του Λεωνιδίου. Από το μπαλκόνι απολαμβάνετε τη θέα στον επιβλητικό Κοκκινόβραχο, τη γραφική γειτονιά της Σίου και τον κήπο μας. Το σπίτι μας μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δύο ενήλικες. Είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια που αγαπούν τη φύση και την ηρεμία, αλλά δε θέλουν να στερούνται τις ανέσεις της πόλης. Θα βρειτε καταστήματα, καφέ, εστιατόρια και τράπεζα σε απόσταση μόλις λίγων μέτρων από το σπίτι.

Mika's Farmhouse

The house is at the plain of Leonidio surrounded by olive and orange trees. It is only 100 meters from the sea with beautiful view of the mountains! Upstairs there is one bedroom with one double bed and a veranda with nice view. Downstairs there is another bedroom with two single beds. There is also parking space. Feel the vibe of a Greek Farmhouse enjoying the relax and beauty of nature. The fireplace can be used after cosultation.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

About 20 meters from the sea under the breathtaking Red Rock is located our apartment.Some of the climbing fields is within walkable distance. The apartment has been completely renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook whatever you want. You can enjoy your coffe at the comfortable living room looking the magnificent view of the sea. For heating there are 3 aircondition one for every room .
