This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

With a modern feel and spacious layout, the house is built to accommodate all groups - bachelor, bachelorette, golf, ladies getaways, fishing, winter sports and multi-family groups.
