You won't find a TV here (don't worry...there is WiFi) but when you aren't relaxing by the fireplace, there are great places to explore around the area...Schweitzer Mountain Resort is just a 30-minute drive and you'll find lots of great restaurants downtown...many of them with live music. Our studio is designed for two, but a third guest can be accommodated upon request.

During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. An artist studio conversion replete with stained-glass windows from a local church, Chapel by the Pier, as its name suggests, is down the street from Third Street Pier, a South Sandpoint swimming hole and kayak launch. It's also within walking distance to downtown Sandpoint, making it ideal for strolling (or riding one of the two provided bicycles) to restaurants, bars and boutiques. You won't find another spot as central or with as much character. Plus, furnishings and appliances are new!
