A 1/2 mile to many restaurants and water park. There’s also a canopy with out door sitting area.

We are 5 minutes from the Dollar General, a gas station, & about 20 minutes to town. This is one unit of a triplex. We rent the upstairs unit as well. The other downstairs unit is not rented out.
