Our beautiful mountain home is nestled between Durango and Pagosa Springs Colorado. Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

The Apple Orchard Inn is a traditional Bed & Breakfast located on 4.5 acres in the lush Animas River Valley. We offer 10 romantic en suite rooms and cottages. One very comfortable bedroom and the other a kitchenette / living room. These modern cabins are self sustaining, off grid units. They utilize solar and battery backup for all the electrical needs. The bath house is entered from the deck and has an open layout sink, shower, toilet and instant hot water heater.
