Carla's Cabana is a top floor condo in the sought after Sea Colony complex with it's beautiful pool, outdoor grill and green space area. This ground floor condo is steps away from the beach and the pool. Located on the Southside of Kure Beach right next to Fort Fisher State Park, the condo is far away from the typical beach crowds. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and bunk beds in the hallway. No stairs and a reserved parking space right in front make this an easy location to get into and start relaxing. What it lacks in a view is more than made up for by easy access to your car, the pool, and the beach.

This custom LUXURIOUS 1-bedroom oceanfront sleeps 4 w/pull-out couch and is completely NEW inside. This unit is oceanfront, 2nd story w/elevator, covered parking in a gated parking lot, and a fully stocked kitchen, park the car & never have to drive during your stay! Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.
