The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. The apartment is located in the heart of Garðabær with a grocery store, restaurants, a swimming pool, public transportation, all in walking distance (2-8 min) and a 10 min drive to downtown Reykjavík. It offers free parking on the premises and access to a large indoor parking garage. The apartment is fully furnished with wifi and access to a dishwasher, TV, washing machine and dryer.

Luxurious 2nd floor apartment in the heart of Reykjavík, right next to pretty much everything downtown. Only a short walk to all the best cafe's and restaurants, libraries, museums and shops. The apartment is located in a unique early last century wooden house which was once called the palace of Hverfisgata. Recently renovated it retains all the charm of old but with all the comfort and style of modern day life.

The apartment is in quiet and a well grown neighborhood. It is located in our home and it share a common entrance. Free car parking. A big outdoor swimming pool is in 5 min. walking distance also a bakery and a grocery. Sky Lagoon is in a walking distance (10 min.) from the house. Kópavogur buss terminar in Hamraborg is in 10 min. walk distance from our house. We are located 7 km. from downtown Reykjavik.

"Sleek and bright apartment with a quite stunning view in Kópavogur, capital area. Beautiful, family-friendly surroundings, playgrounds and walking paths are right outside the front door. Nature park within walking distance. Downtown Reykjavík is less than 10 minutes away by car. "Fagradalsfjall," an active volcano, is a 40-50 minute drive. Keflavik airport is 40 minutes away by car.

The apartment is located in central Kópavogur, a 15min drive from central Reykjavík or one bus away. There are many shops/ resturants nearby and the shopping mall, Smaralind is 10 min away. Only 20 min walk to the swimming pool, Salalaug.
