Tiene 3 dormitorios(uno con cama doble y aire acondicionado,otro con cama doble en la terraza y otro con sofá cama). El sofá en la sala de estar también se puede utilizar como cama. La sala de estar y la cocina, en un lugar están equipadas con TV, reproductor de DVD, aire acondicionado, nevera, lavavajillas de horno, cubiertos completos para 7 personas,cafetera. También hay plancha, tabla de planchar y secador de pelo. Las plantas en el balcón mantienen tu privacidad.
