Set in a lush green valley with hills to wander around and pet lambs to feed, quaint little streams, the beautiful enclosed valley with its miniature waterfall and dark skies is delightful. All just minutes from Hadrian's Wall. Explore wonderful Northumberland, the Lake District to the West is an easy drive as is the Pennines to the South and Scotland to the North.

Newly refurbished, Railway Cottage is a beautiful retreat, ideal for couples and is pet friendly. It’s on the main street in the village, set back from the road. Pubs, shops etc are within walking distance. Bellingham is nestled in the heart of Northumberland's dark skies, it is a superb base from which to discover and explore the beautiful surrounding countryside. Kielder Forest and the historic market town of Hexham are a short drive away. The cottage also backs onto an 18 hole golf course.

Ecological principles have been followed in every hand-crafted detail with the use of locally sourced and natural materials to make a breathable, healthy house. Quiet and secluded, environmentally conscious retreat for those who enjoy birdwatching and walks, dark skies, owl hoots and wood fires.

Dog- friendly cottage with woodburner & games room

Ivy Cottage is the perfect size for 2, although it can accommodate up to 4. Ideal location, for cycling, walking, fishing and playing golf. There are dog-friendly pubs and cafes within walking distance, as well as a good selection of shops. We have an onsite games room, free for our guests to enjoy. We can accommodate 1 large or 2 small pets, however, please note, we do not have have a secure garden area. The cottage has many wonderful walks right on the doorstep for you to explore.

The Old Bottle Store is a cosy & quaint cottage tucked away behind our pub The Blackcock Inn at Falstone. Just a mile away from Kielder Reservoir we're a brilliant base for a stay in beautiful Northumberland. Amenities include a wood burning stove, kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine), wide-screen TV, comfy sofa and armchairs, dining area, double bed, velux window in the bedroom for stargazing & en-suite bathroom with shower.

An excellent touring base, located near Hadrian’s Wall, Roman forts, Hexham Abbey, and Kielder Water and Forest Park.

The village has everything you need; butchers, pub, Italian restaurant, cafe and a small shop. The surrounding countryside offers beautiful walking routes, cycling, golf & fishing. Then come home to cozy up infront of the stove with a board game or a movie.
