Anemosyrma is a traditional beach house in the magnificent island of Milos. Located in the small picturesque village of Agios Konstantinos, Anemosyrma (“anemos” greek word for wind & “syrma” for Melian boat house) is actually the upper floor of a traditional “syrma”, where people used to drag and store their boats to be protected from the sea. The apartment of 50m2 in an open space plan, has a balcony overlooking the sea and it preserves a modern country style featuring unique Cycladic elements.

The Serenity House-Villa Apollon

Two traditional villas, Villa Apollon and Villa Aphrodite, are parts of the Serenity House. They share a private land of six acres full of small olive trees, citrus and fruitful trees. New built, on a hill named Korfos, follow cycladian architecture, with comfortable interiors and terrific outdoor spaces with a pool shared for both Villas. Our traditional cycladic house is a hundred years old and used to be a summer retreat for our family..It is located on the seafront in the picturesque fishing village of Mandrakia on the North coast of the island.Our home is sitting right on the water's edge. and therefor has a panoramic seaview .From our veranda you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and have direct access to the water.You walk out the front door,go down a staircase into the sea for snorkeling or swimming.

Dating back to the 19th century, this meticulously renovated windmill offers a one-of-a-kind retreat. Spread across two floors, the windmill features a cozy living room on the ground floor & a comfortable bedroom with an attached WC on the upper floor. Step outside and be greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of the gulf of Adamas.

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. The unified vaulted interior welcomes you with kitchenette, living room and highly eleveted king size bed which are connected with the bathroom. Surraunded by archeological hills and belong to the sea.
