Your cottage is fully self-contained with full cooking facilities, but only a short distance from the main residence if you need any assistance. We have parking for a vehicle and trailer or truck Enjoy a BBQ or glass of wine under the grapevine shaded verandah, or on cooler nights enjoy watching the flames in the fire pit and see the stars light up the sky.

Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, the main room has a queen bed and the second room has two single beds. *Please note there is no indoor dining table but does have a breakfast bar seating two and the outdoor dining table/lounge area.

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.

"Mavron" Centrally located in Tocumwal.

"Mavron" is centrally located in the Southern NSW town of Tocumwal. Tocumwal is a historic town situated on the banks of the Murray River, it boasts many natural attractions as well as a 36 hole pristine golf course. "Mavron" is a bright, comfortable and quiet place to stay with all Tocumwal has to offer only a short stroll away. The house has three bedrooms all with comfortable beds, high quality linen and Australian made soaps and toiletries.

Located close to the Goulburn River, the apartment is attached to the rear of our home. Offering off road parking under the carport We can cater for additional guests with a sofa bed in the lounge/dining area, also a single fold away bed on request. A portable cot is available. Milkman’s Cottage In the heart of Kyabram

Milkman’s Cottage is located within walking distance to Kyabram’s CBD. It’s name was inspired by the block originally housing the local dairy where milk was packaged then delivered by horse and cart. The horse and stables were also located on this property. A cottage was built on the same block where the owner lived. This is what we have restored for people to enjoy while visiting Kyabram and surrounds.
