Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

House for 6 persons with a total area of 135 sqm consists of an air-conditioned ground floor in which is located a living room, SAT TV, dining table, fully equipped kitchen and shower/toilet. On the first floor there is one air-conditioned double bedroom with satellite TV and private balcony that has view on the Umag-Buje street. There is also one double bedroom furnished with traditional furniture. In the air-conditioned attic there is a double bedroom with double bed.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of our old stone family house. It is located in the tiny and very quiet village of Gornji Picudo (8km from Umag and 6 km from the nearest beach) surrounded by forests, olive groves and large grass fields. Since the village is on a small hill you can enjoy a stunning view of the nature and the sea coast from the apartment. If you like to enjoy a quiet and peaceful holiday this accommodation is the perfect choice.
