We are located directly on the bus line, so even travelers without a vehicle can access all Vermont has to offer.

Our 2 BR/ 1 BA apartment in the vibrant South End is close to everything, yet located in a quiet neighborhood. 1 off street parking spot. This home situated across from Ethan Allen Park is just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to the North Ave beaches. Designed in keeping with the 1930's bungalow aesthetic of the main house, the cottage sleeps up to 4 with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and queen-sized pullout sofa in the living room. Skylights brighten the lofty interiors. The cottage is well insulated and features centrally ducted heat and A/C, providing excellent climate control to suit your comfort preferences.

La Petite Suite

La Petite Suite is a cozy boutique hotel room alternative in a quiet residential Burlington neighborhood only 2 miles from downtown. The beautifully decorated suite was built in 2024 and is attached to a single-family home. The New North End neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to local colleges and all that the area has to offer. Our street dead-ends at the bike path and Lake Champlain. You will also have access to our private neighborhood beach during the warmer months.

We added a sauna, a cold plunge, upgraded bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!

Our property is located on a quiet street in Burlington's Old North End. Recently renovated the guest suite sits above our home and is equipped with a private entrance. Windows face west providing a good deal of natural light. The partial kitchen is located in a small room off of the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, small refrigerator and freezer, toaster oven, microwave, and an electric kettle. Private bathroom. Wifi is provided.

Just 12 minutes to Burlington. 4 minutes to downtown Shelburne and Shelburne Museum.
