Quiet top floor flat, five minutes from the Metro. Very convenient for the Universities and just a short walk from Wylam Brewery.🍻 No cleaning fee, free parking. Not suitable for children or for people who make a lot of noise. Definitely no parties. Please respect the other people who live in this building - especially at night! This is a modern two bedroom flat located in the marina development of St. Peter's Basin. The marina has a bar/restaurant over looking the boats. The quayside is about 15 minutes walk along the riverbank. There are regular buses (every 15 minutes) which will take you to the quayside the on to the city centre.
