The private balcony, overlooking the residence's pool, is perfectly equipped for outdoor dining or moments of pure relaxation under the parasol's shade. The apartment, approximately 35 sqm in size, is excellently utilized to ensure comfort and practicality. Guests will have at their disposal a double bedroom next to a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including an electric hotplate, a small oven, and a coffee machine, as well as a dining area. The service includes a complete set of linens for bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, with cleaning and complete change every four days. The apartment offers, upon request, various additional services such as air conditioning, a personal washing machine, a safety deposit box, and breakfast. Outside, guests can take advantage of the residence's private pool, equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and tables for enjoyable moments of relaxation. Access to the sandy beach is facilitated by a pedestrian passage. In the immediate vicinity, various amenities are available including restaurants, markets, and bakeries. For families, a travel cot for small children is available. Pyrgos traditional village is a complex of 8 traditional buildings at the top of Agios Kirikos, a traditional small village with a common pool only for guests, a small reception, breakfast area, parking, common verandas and yards and natural vegetation. The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.
