My place is a historic limestone building with a loft, located on my family farm. One mile away from the interstate and 6 miles north of Ellsworth, you’ll love its convenience as much as its coziness, history, and quaint charm. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers that are looking for a unique experience in the country that isn't too far off the beaten path. This is a private building near the main farmhouse with its own living space, kitchenette, bathroom, and loft bedroom (queen).

Have you ever slept in a train car? Come enjoy this unique experience of staying in a newly renovated train car that actually used to be used for transporting goods along the rails between Chicago and Las Angeles. Come enjoy the peaceful, quiet, wide open spaces where we have chosen to park this boxcar, walk out through through the patio doors onto the back deck and soak up the beautiful sunsets surrounding you, not to mention the sunrises you are able to see in the mornings! No pets please

Art Barn in the Country/Working Metal Art Studio

Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of pasture golf and 2 baskets for disc golf. There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. Our open vistas provide for great cloud and star watching as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor seating on front and back porches.

Sterling Lake House

Cozy two-story remodeled home across from Sterling Lake. Fully-equipped kitchen stocked with a selection of breakfast supplies. Dining room with space for six guests. Two private bedrooms. Prairie Pines Lodge

Surrounded by wooded scenery and undisturbed prairie outside Greensburg, Prairie Pines caters to those seeking serenity. The barn-style cabin, with a studio sleeping area downstairs and bunk beds upstairs, sets the tone for a farm stay. Tasks here are optional: wandering the grounds to encounter an alpaca and miniature donkeys; grilling on the patio; watching the sunset, or warming up in front of the potbelly stove. Creature comforts include a full kitchen, a television, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The Little House in Yoder

It’s fully heated and cooled and is a great escape, especially if you enjoy being near the water. We enjoy breathtaking views from the covered deck next to the water. You may also enjoy many amenities which contain going for walks, sitting by the fire ring, or fishing off the dock!
