Across the street the the century old seasonal Brookshire rodeo and trail ride. Mostly it’s just a stable and horse ranch. Zero gravity massage chair, California king bed, ps5, full size fridge, stationary bike, weights.

Fully furnished kitchen, full bath, full sized fridge, queen sized bed, and all the amenities to boot. The back patio overlooks the water with cypress trees into surrounding. Comes with private parking, private dock, an outdoor gas and charcoal grill and Wi-Fi. Kayaks available to rent. Fishing allowed.
