Ground floor : Here you will find a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen and a stylishly furnished living room with dining area, a double sofa bed, SAT TV and fireplace, which provides a perfect evening ambience in cold weather. Room 4- is equipped with a closet, 2 single beds 80x200 cm, 2 bedside tables. On request, the single beds can be joined together to form a double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, WC and towel radiator is located on the ground floor. A utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is also available here. First Floor: Room 1- is equipped with spacious designer wardrobes, a double bed 180x200 cm, 2 bedside tables and LED TV. Room 2 - is furnished with a French double bed 140x200 cm, closet, bedside table, chest of drawers, LED TV and work desk. From room 1 and 2, you can enjoy the unique view over the village and the Wiesbach valley. Room 3 - is equipped with 2 single beds 90x200cm, bedside table, closet and LED TV. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel radiator and WC. As the bedrooms can be occupied differently, the following rules apply: 1. the guest chooses the appropriate bedroom himself if possible (e.g. room 1 for 2 persons). 2. other “bedrooms” are not available. 3. the house is only occupied by the person ordering and their companions. Example: A couple orders the house for 5 days, chooses bedroom 1, for two persons, remaining bedrooms are not prepared. All other rooms (living room, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.) are available to the couple. On each floor there are terraces with dining and seating facilities and a wonderful panoramic view. The house is located right on the edge of the forest. It is built on a slope and is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Infants up to the age of 2 stay free of charge in their parents' bed. Children in the garden must be supervised. Pets are only allowed on request.

Tómate unas vacaciones en el lujoso ambiente de nuestra casa de huéspedes. Forma parte de nuestra bodega SCHOTTENHOF y está integrada en el edificio de nuestra granja. El vecino más cercano está a unos 100 metros de distancia. El patio de 4 hectáreas está idílicamente ubicado en medio de los viñedos y es accesible por dos lados a nivel del suelo. Puedes empezar a caminar o a andar en bicicleta directamente desde el patio. La cocina está totalmente equipada para que pueda prepararse sus propias comidas, e incluye una cava de vinos. ¡Fiesteros del beer pong, por favor, no reserven!

Kleine Kunstremise con estufa de leña Burg Freienfels

La pequeña remesa de arte a lo largo del Weiltal y Weilstrasse en el Taunus es una pequeña casa de campo de 55 metros cuadrados en una antigua finca de molinos. Calentado exclusivamente con madera, el cobertizo te invita a quedarte en un ambiente acogedor o a explorar el Weiltal o Lahntal en bicicleta. En la propiedad, justo al lado del arroyo, puedes conocer perros, gatos, pollos e incluso algún huevo ocasional. Más recientemente, la remise se utilizó como estudio, y ahora los objetos de arte de artistas regionales continúan animando el espacio.

BALTHASAR RESS Casa de huéspedes en Rebhang im Rheingau

La «Balthasar Ress Guesthouse» es la casa de huéspedes de la renombrada bodega Balthasar Ress en Rheingau. Diseñada principalmente para los propios huéspedes de la bodega, a veces también está disponible para otros huéspedes. La casa de arquitecto se encuentra en el asentamiento «Rebhang», una de las zonas residenciales más exclusivas y bellas de la región vinícola de Rheingau. La urbanización se encuentra a unos 400 metros de altura, unos 300 metros por encima del Rin y está rodeada de prados, viñedos y bosques.

An unique tranquil living space can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Furnishings include queen size beds, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We live on the top floor of the house, but we give our guests their space and guests have most of the garden to themselves. Easily accessible from the A3.

Du darfst dich in meinem freistehenden Haus mit Garten wie zu Hause fühlen! Unbezahlbar aber trotzdem inkludiert: der traumhafte Blick auf eine Pferdekoppel und über den Rhein hinaus. Von hier aus kannst du herrliche Wanderungen starten. In kurzer Zeit bist du bei Schloß Johannisberg, Rüdesheim mit Drosselgasse, Kloster und Burgenromantik.

Alquilamos una hermosa y acogedora casa de campo. La cabaña está ubicada en los terrenos del antiguo pozo María justo en el borde del bosque. Un poco fuera del edificio principal. Gracias a los muebles de alta calidad y algunos extras como una cabina de infrarrojos, estufa de leña, sauna en la terraza con ducha al aire libre, gran terraza con vistas al bosque y mucho más, nuestra casa de vacaciones es el lugar ideal para relajarte y descansar.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, mit schnellem Zugang zum Wald. Das Zimmer mit Bad ist ca. 19 m² groß und verfügt über einen Arbeitsplatz mit guter W-Lan Anbindung. Das Bett hat eine Liegefläche von 140 x 200m. Die nächstgelegene Bushaltestelle erreichen Sie in ca. 5 Gehminuten und die Innenstadt ist ca. 10 Fahrminuten entfernt. Den nächsten Rewe oder Bäcker mit Frühstücks Möglichkeit erreichen Sie in 10 Gehminuten.
