The Apartment Haus Salzburg occupies part of a detached house near the mountains in Glanegg, about 8 km from the centre of Salzburg. Measuring 130m2, the apartment sleeps 7 people in three double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. Apartment Haus Salzburg is situated a short stroll from Glanegg Castle and many popular hiking areas. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

From the two balconies you have a wonderful view to the mountains and you can see the sunset. A restaurant and a bakery are just 500 m from here. The apartment is perfectly suitable for business travellers, couples, musicians, families or single travellers. For children you find a playground, a table tennis table, pedal karts and a nearby farm.

Roses Cottage close to the heart of Salzburg

Welcome to your holiday apartment in Salzburg. It is located in the suburbs of the beautiful city of Salzburg and you can explore the city easily with the bus. the house is around 3 km away from the city center but the bus station is only 50 m away from the house and leaves every 15 minutes. The flat is completely new renovated and has everything for a spoilt holiday. I m a tour guide and would love to give you some advice (if you want so).

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
