Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

Our home is just 4 km south-east of the city centre, easily reached in 13 minutes by DART, a 6-minute walk to the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes to the RDS. Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

This property was originally a stable for the Coach & Horses belonging to a Victorian terrace in Ranelagh Village. Very close walking distance to Dublin city center, 15 min walk. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.
