Downtown Living

Greater Burlington is rich in history and full of exciting attractions such as the PZAZZ! Entertainment Complex, minor league baseball, and Starr's Cave Park. Known for Snake Alley, "The Crookedest Street in the World," Burlington delights all with many attractions, a lot of history, and a little magic. The unit is located one block from the Mississippi River. Walking distance to several restaurants and pubs. Iowa welcome center is in the Port of Burlington on the river just east of the unit.

Enjoy the Great Outdoors in this freshly renovated 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage right on the Mississippi River. Hunting, fishing, boating, outdoor games & campfires, bird watching or just plain R&R-this place has it all. City park in walking distance offers picnic shelters, sand volleyball & playgrounds. Public boat ramp down the road or fish right from the shoreline. Dallas City is well known for duck and deer hunting. Great for a guys weekend, girls retreat or just plain family fun!

Right between our bustling business district and our nostalgic downtown, this little house has vast character. My favorite feature is all the original built-ins and beams. You will love the Western American inspiration and vintage finds, modern touches throughout, and dreamy details in every corner. Just added a Saatva Organic mattress for extra comfort.

Mosquito Park Condo

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish 1890 building. There's a park that overlooks the Mississippi. And for the musically inclined there is a piano. Play your heart out! And it's just a short walk downtown. Where there's lots of great restaurants and cool shops. Rates are set by AirBnB. I offer weekly and monthly stays discounts. If there are any more than two guests there will be an additional charge for the third to eighth guests.

It offers awesome views of the river ( unbelievable sunsets, eagles, all types of boat traffic & more ). The Bungalow has a great deck looking down on the river. Enjoy a awesome experience sitting around the fire pit watching the sunset. Hey if you got a boat no problem the Bungalow has plenty of parking & the boat ramp is just 3 blocks away.

This 1894 landmark brick-paved street, was once recognized by Ripley's Believe It or Not as the Crookedest Street in the World. Built in 1860 this historic home is adorned with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Located within walking distance to Burlington's dynamic downtown, where you'll find many shops, pubs and eateries.
