Newly built studio sits at the back of our section. It has been completed to a very high standard with new everything. It can accommodate 2 adults very comfortably, but you have the option of the double sofa bed with spring mattress and foam top for a couple of kids if you are all happy to be slightly tighter. The kitchenette has a full sized fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric hot plate. A weber BBQ is available on request. Heat pump, Wifi, Smart TV and Infinity complete the picture

Self contained guest suite in Havelock North.

One bedroom, self contained guest suite in Havelock North, 3 minute drive from the village. The guest house is underneath our home with its own entrance and patio and locked off from the main house. You will have use of your own full kitchen and bathroom. We live (and sometimes work) upstairs, so there is some foot noise but we try to keep this to a minimum when we have guests. Great morning sun and private patio. Please see photos of the stairs to access. We also have a cat that roams outside.

We are a retired farming couple with one cute cat. Our purpose built first floor 100 sqm apartment is sunny, overlooks Te Mata Peak and its balcony provides stunning views over Orchards. Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar, straw bale home with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley and relax in the natural spring water hot tub. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Breakfast pack for the first day.

Orchard cottage.

This unique place has a style all of its own. On a working orchard so you may experience tractors spraying from time to time. Our cottage is not suitable for children. Our cottage is a 3 minute drive to the stunning Havelock North village. Beautiful views through the rows of apple trees up to Te Mata peak. So much to see only minutes from the cottage. Craggy Range winery, Arataki Honey, Birdwood Gallery, Te Mata Peak, many wineries, cycling tracks and so much more to experience.

Modern architecturally renovated studio Tuki Tuki

A beautiful little studio in the magical Tuki Tuki valley. Incredibly peaceful and in a very scenic location looking over a small vineyard to the river. Handy to Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. A perfect location from which to enjoy Hawke’s Bay events. The studio has a small kitchenette but no cooking facilities. Bbq available. Perfect for short stays. A short drive to the cycle ways, wineries, trout fishing and beaches. Breakfast for $25 per person may be available on request.

It is part of a sustainability project with money earned from this listing going into planting land damaged by cyclone Gabriel, with natives. Situated just five minutes drive from Havelock North village and set adjacent to the Te Mata Peak park where you can enjoy the local walking, mountain biking tracks and must-see views

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Luxury Village Villa 2 mins walk to the village

The Village Villa combines old style charm with modern amenities. Put your keys in the drawer and take a 2 minute stroll into the Village with it's fabulous shopping and vibrant cafes. The Villa has been recently renovated and boasts a modern spacious kitchen opening out onto a large sunny deck. Both the main bathroom and ensuite are also new and feature roomy showers and heated towel rails. New A/c in King room and A/c in ensuite upgraded A/c in living areas.

Our studio apartment is totally self contained, with wonderful wooden floors and light streaming in from the garden one looks onto. Perfectly situated a few minutes drive between Havelock North and Hastings and decorated with a Colonial African slant. We always leave muesli, fruit, milk, and croissants in the fridge for our guests to enjoy on their FIRST morning, so they can relax and not have to go out for breakfast. Tea and coffee are always provided.
