Edgewater is centrally located off of Route 1 (Schoodic Scenic By-way) in Sullivan Harbor. You can enjoy our beach and picnic tables on the wharf while surrounded by amazing views. You will find a tennis court just a short walk up our driveway. Nearby there are restaurants, local hiking trails, and Acadia National Park (20 min to Schoodic Point and 35 min to Acadia on Mount Desert Island). Boat rides around Frenchman's Bay are available from our dock. There's a 3 night minimum stay in Cabin 2.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful oceanfront home! Bring your canoe, kayak, or paddle board, and explore the Union River and Union River Bay. Renting kayaks to be delivered to the home is also an option. You’ll enjoy grilling, sitting around the fire pit, and star gazing in the large backyard. This home offers a 1st floor bedroom with king size bed. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a king bed, and a bedroom with a queen. The kitchen and dining room flow through to the living room.

If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, our house on Molasses Pond may be a good fit for you/your family. It is a hidden gem down a dirt road away from hustle and bustle. Peace and quiet is what you’ll find, along with a gorgeous view. It’s a great place for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, grilling, fishing, and laying on the hammock. Beachfront Guest Cottage - Year-round Hot Tub!

Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access, and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.

Gordon Cottage on Flanders Bay

Relax with the family at this peaceful and private cottage on the shores of Flanders Bay with views of Cadillac Mountain. If you can tear yourself away from the splendor outside your door, Acadia National Park, Mount Desert Island and the scenic Schoodic Peninsula are just 30 minutes away.

The Farm By The Sea Private Apartment

The Farm By The Sea is a place to unwind and take in some nature. Private Beach. Kayakers dream. The Farm sits on 5 acres on the ocean in Trenton. A short drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor. You may enjoy dipping your toes at the oceans edge or you may like to just watch the garden grow. The apartment is self sufficient with private bathroom and entrance. We would want you to know that we may be up early mornings along with the chickens so early risers would do best here.

Long Cove Hideaway

Escape the tourist madness of Bar Harbor at your own private tidal cove. Camp with the comforts of home, water, power and Wifi. Outdoor grill, awning and lobster cooker for the complete Maine experience. After a hard day of hiking relax by fire pit. The Schoodic National Scenic Byway is on the far side of Long Cove, and you can hear some traffic noise from outside the RV, but for complete silence check out my other two places by looking at "about me" on my profile.
