We are sharing our "happy place". Cozy, family-friendly cottage has everything you need to enjoy a lovely vacation in a quintessential New England town. Ideally located between Guilford's famous green, gorgeous harbor and town beach, easily walk everywhere. High-season/weekend rate reflected in general view--check for actual. Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

Riverfront Antique Cabin in the Heart of Madison

Antique, rustic cabin on Neck River just minutes from downtown Madison. Come kayak, birdwatch, and relax. First floor has a full, eat-in kitchen and tranquil living room with TV, pingpong, and games. Walk (1.5 miles) or kayak (during high tide) to Grass Island for a tranquil beach experience, or drive (2 miles) to downtown, with beaches, bookstores, a quaint town cinema and a wide array of restaurants. Relax (or fish) on the stone porch as egrets, osprey, and kingfishers fly above you.

Cozy cabin suite near the beach and greenway trail, just a quick drive to charming downtown area. Cottage (#1) is a suite-style space including one bedroom with 1 queen bed; sitting room; coffee bar with coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and toaster; and, a small private bathroom with shower. This space can accommodate up to 2 adults. This building is a duplex and you may have neighbors in the adjacent suite. Each unit has a private entrance on opposite ends of the building.

Long Term-Tubing, Skiing 30 mins away and Ocean!

IDEAL FOR LONG TERM STAYS!! Ski, Tube and Snowboard Resort, Beach, Shopping outlets, Restaurants, 2 golf courses... everything is within a short drive! This is our family home. We want you to feel as comfortable and relaxed as we are there. The sunroom is the perfect indoor/outdoor retreat to watch the beautiful trees and the squirrels! This is the perfect place to recharge and enjoy the life by the beach. One of the best Lobster restaurants in all New England area within 5 mins!

It's cozy and warm, close to downtown with lots of great neighborhood walking. Enjoy the beauty of quintessential New England towns while having access to local shops and world class Outlet Malls. The cottage is sunny, with lots of windows and sky lights, and even a cozy upstairs loft with a reading space. Bedrooms furnished with allergy free bedding, all free trade, organic sheets. Perfect for a getaway! Two parking spaces and washer/dryer included.

Traveling nurses, academic rentals happily considered! A beautiful, modern one bedroom apartment on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the Indian River and tidal marsh. It is 600 sq feet, completely renovated, with a queen size bed, a well-appointed kitchen & bathroom. Walking distance to the Clinton train station. Stays in-season include use of 2 kayaks or SUPs per day (2 hours) provided by Indian River Kayak from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Treasured 1924 Colonial "Sweet Caroline"

"Sweet Caroline" is a charming 4 bedroom shoreline colonial that has been recently renovated to provide an up-to-date feel while maintaining it's 1920's charm. We fell in love with this home last summer while visiting friends and family and decided to make it our home away from home. We have enjoyed her so much that we decided to share her with others seeking similar cozy, New England shoreline, accommodations.
