Our charming early 1900’s renovated cottage is perfectly situated within the beautiful character overlay of Toowoomba. Moved to this location in 1925, Edwin Cottage is filled with period charm and character. We are located 4 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from Queens Park. It is a short 9 minute drive to Gabbinbar and 13 minutes to the showgrounds. We have many food options within a 1 minute walk including a bakery, Fish & Chips, Chinese, Kebabs, Cafe, Spar Express and a liquor store.

Relax and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the countryside, or talk to the farm animals and wander around our property spotting birds, wallabies and maybe an echidna! Only 15 minutes to Toowoomba, but far enough away to see every star in the night sky. Enjoy the uninterrupted night sky from the hot tub with a glass of your favourite! "Tyson Rise" has a beautiful view looking east, set on top of a hill on a working property, 25km west of Toowoomba. It is completely private accommodation for two, however if more beds are required, "The Original Biddeston School" is also available to book on our property.
